Vega needs your birth details to do the only thing it does. This page says exactly what is held, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Only what a birth chart needs, and it all comes from you typing it to the bot:
| First name | Used to address you in the message. |
|---|---|
| Date of birth | Required for the chart. |
| Time of birth | Optional. Without it the chart skips the Ascendant. |
| City of birth | Converted once to coordinates and a timezone, then stored as those. |
| Telegram chat ID | The number Telegram uses to route a message to you. |
| Your chart | Calculated from the above and stored so it is not recomputed daily. |
| Subscription status | Whether you are in the free days, paying, or paused, and a Stripe reference if you pay. |
No email address, no phone number, no contacts, no message history, no location beyond the birth city you typed. Vega never reads your other Telegram messages; it cannot.
Your birth details are not used to profile you anywhere else, are never sold, and are never shared for advertising.
Running the service means some data passes through other companies. This is the complete list:
| Telegram | Delivers the message. They necessarily know your chat ID. |
|---|---|
| Anthropic | Writes each morning's script. The request contains your first name and your chart — not your birth date, time or city. |
| ElevenLabs | Turns that script into speech. The script contains your first name. |
| OpenStreetMap / Nominatim | Converts your birth city to coordinates, once, at signup. |
| Stripe | Takes the payment if you subscribe. Card details go to Stripe and are never seen by Vega. |
| The server host | Runs the bot and stores the database. |
Anthropic, ElevenLabs and Stripe are based in the United States, so those requests leave the EU. They are used under their standard terms, which include the transfer safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR.
Until you delete it. There is no fixed expiry, because the product is a daily habit and an expiry would break it silently.
The database is backed up nightly and backups are kept for thirty days, so a deletion finishes working its way out of the backups within a month.
Send /delete to the bot, then /delete confirm. Your name, birth date, birth time, birth city, coordinates, timezone and chart are removed from the database immediately. This is an actual deletion, not a hidden flag, and it cannot be undone.
If you would rather just stop the messages and keep your chart, send /stop.
One thing is kept on purpose: a scrambled marker recording that the free mornings were already used on that account.
It is produced by a one-way cryptographic function with a secret key. It contains no name, no birth data and no chat ID, and it cannot be turned back into any of them or matched against you by anyone who obtains it. Its only use is answering one question when someone signs up: have these free days already been given?
Without it, deleting and re-registering would hand out the free trial again and again, and the trial could not be offered without a card. Keeping a minimal record for that purpose is permitted under Article 17(3); the erasure of everything else is real and complete.
Vega is not for under-16s and is not directed at them. If you believe a child has signed up, write and it will be deleted.
If what is collected or who processes it changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Material changes are announced in the bot.
